Disabled Access
We are a ground floor premises and can usually accomodate frames or smaller wheelchairs although toilet facilities are limited.We have hearing loops for those patients/parents with suitable hearing aids.
Appointments Policy
Patients who are in active treatment and need to be seen at regular intervals have sole access to after school appointments.If you cannot attend for an appointment it is important that you ring the practice and give adequate notice. Failure to do so will implement procedures that monitor repeated failures and will lead to discontinuation of treatment. It is the sole responsibility of the patient / responsible party to ensure appointments are honoured.
Access To Personal Information
Any patient has a right to access their personal information held on our systems. We are licenced by the Data Protection Act to hold relevant information to assist treatment. No information will be used other than within the practice unless we have the consent of the patient or responsible party.Complaints
If you have a complaint or suggestion, please contact Pauline Foster either directly or via another staff member.Any incidence of physical or verbal abuse to any of the staff by patient or responsible party will be reported to the Primary Care Trust and will result in instant cessation of treatment.
